Easter Heating Instructions

 

 

Roasted Carrots and Green Beans

  • Place pan in the center of the oven.  Rotate halfway through heating time to insure even heating.

  • Remove cover, check internal temperature - Vegetables - 145ºF

Temperature: 300-325ºF, Time: 20-25 minutes

Smashed Potato Casserole

  • Place Potatoes in the center of the oven. Rotate and remove foil half way through heating time to insure even heating and browning on top.  

  • Cook until hot in the center, Potatoes, rice and other starches 145ºF

  • For last 15-20 minutes, remove lid to allow browning on top.

Temperature: 225-250ºF, Time: 45 mins to 1 hr.  

Roasted Spiral Cut Ham

  • Place pan in the center of the oven. Rotate halfway through heating time to insure even heating.  

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until warmed through, Pork and ham - 170ºF

  • Remove cover to brown the ham and cook another 10 minutes if desired.

Temperature:  300-325ºF, Time: 40-50 minutes

Braised Short Ribs 

  • Place pan in the center of the oven.  Rotate halfway through heating time to insure even heating.  

  • Bake for 40-60 minutes, until warmed through.  Check temperature for Beef 145ºF

  • Uncover for last 5-10 minutes, 

Temperature:   300-325ºF, Time: 40-60 minutes

Grilled Salmon

  • Place pan in the center of the oven.  Rotate halfway through heating time to insure even heating.

  • Remove lid after 15 minutes.  Heat Fish 145ºF internally or desired temp.

Temperature: 300-325ºF, Time: 20-30 minutes
