I really appreciate you working with me on the “make your own” pizzas - the guests just loved them and they were perfect. Let me begin with FLAVIA - she is beyond kind - really an absolute delight to interact with. Yet she is astoundingly competent, able to take care of everything in a timely and smooth manner. She manages to be everywhere, all at once, yet never in the way and never ever over bearing. (Quite a trick!) All the staff was wonderful - competent, friendly and attentive. So attentive that more than once they even offered to take pictures for me when they saw “a moment” happening! I really didn’t expect that and I appreciate it so much. (And the pictures that your staff took of me and my best friend making our pizzas together are actually my favorite of the entire night! We are laughing and smiling in the beginning, and then you can see when we get very serious about making our pizzas!. ELOISE was lovely to work with throughout the planning process and her patience with my travels and delays should definitely to be commended.
